Grease Injection Control Head:

Basic design

• Lubricate line reducing friction and prolonging lifespan.
• Affect a seal around moving wire by injecting grease into the flowtube stack at a pressure higher than the wellhead pressure.
• “Packoff” around line (static) at working pressures up to 20,000psi. Standard or H2S service, dependant on customer requested connection type.
• Wipe line free of grease, well fluids and debris. Optional ball check valve is designed to close-off and seal well pressure due to a line breakage, or in the event of a “pull-off”.
